Eeeeeek I am spilling the beans.
My first clinic will be with Susie Hutchison in November. Trainer is hosting her for a clinic and I am so lucky to get to partake!
I am excited, nervous and not really sure what to expect honestly ha! I signed up for the 2'6- 2'9 group. I want to go in doing something that I feel overly confident with and don't want to embarrass trainer.
Now to keep Henry and I in shape and healthy so we can put our best feet forward!
Oh and to pick out two perfect outfits for both Henry and myself!! Lets be honest, that is a big deal! What would you wear for a clinic in November in CA? :)
How exciting!!
ReplyDeleteWell since its still in the 90's, I'd say plan two different shirts, one warmer and one cooler because who knows at this point lol. Plus I always think it's better to start cool, especially when nervous, cause if you get overheated it's harder to focus and ride.
ReplyDeleteWoohoo. That will be exciting. I would plan on layers. That way you can adjust as needed.
ReplyDeleteI feel like it'll still be boiling hot even in November so T-shirt polo? Have fun at the clinic.
ReplyDeleteTS ice fil long sleeve, quilted C TS belt & TS breeches
ReplyDeleteThat is soooo exciting! I'm jealous. I would maybe see if you can find out how formal other people from your barn will be dressing. You may be fine in a polo, but I've also seen clinics so formal as to elicit a show shirt. One way or another, absolutely something with a collar!
ReplyDeleteHa yup perfect outfits and a level you feel super confident at sound like excellent ingredients for a great clinic!!
ReplyDeleteSo exciting!
ReplyDeleteBreak out your show clothes: boots, breeches, and a nice collared shirt tucked in with a belt. You and your horse should be spotless. Have fun!
